I need help.

My FP2 not allowed to send photos and videos by Wasap. I can receive only.

I think becouse it is some permission from FP2 to Whatsapp.

¿Could you help me with this permiision? Thank!

I think it is because of some permission from the phone to the application

That’s due to a bug of the Privacy Impact feature.
So re-enable Privacy Impact by unticking the option found at:
Settings > Sound & Notifications > Privacy Impact
