My fairphone suddenly started talking. It says aloud the screen options, but I can not scroll and therefore can not go to the correct settings. Someone who knows how to fix this?
Sounds like you somehow enabled TTS (text to speach). I am not 100% sure how to use/disable it since I never used it before, but you find some settings for that in:
All Apps --> Settings --> Accessibility --> Text-to-speach output
