This is really weird, the address I provided for shipping my FairPhone and the one UPS is shipping to are completely different. 100 miles apart, nothing is similar between the addresses. I have tried raising a support ticket but nothing has happened yet and I am worried it will be shipped before the address is rectified. I cannot change it on UPS. Moreover, I can’t even find a support number to call.
I would suggest reaching to agents tomorrow between 10 and 12 via the live chat function.
However my experience would suggest that once the order has been processed, it might be impossible to change the address. Please double check all the adresses stored in the webshop, meaning compare the account information with the address book.

I have double-checked. The shipping and billing addresses are my address. There are no other addresses that I have provided. The one UPS is completely different.
Presumably if it’s not rectified I will have to apply for a refund…
I am assuming you are from US for Ups and using miles as system. Did you buy from FP or Murena?
Can you confirm with UPS that it is the final destination and not an intermediate ups place to deliver later or even fix it somehow?
No I am from the UK, I bought from FairPhone. Yes it was the final destination BUT good news…
…I was able to fix via the UPS site, after Fairphone emailed me to say it has been shipped it looks like the UPS site allowed me to change the address.
I’ll keep a support ticket with Fairphone open though because this is diabolical.
Same happened to me! Fairphone and UPS decided the best collection point for me was a 52 mile round trip. All because they measure as the crow flies. And they can fly over large rivers I cannot. Sorted (this is 3 years ago) by not collecting and having to wait until it is returned to Fairphone! Glad you have sorted it.
