My Fairphone 5 battery has exploded and has damaged the phone as a result it has melted itself into the phone, completely ruining it, it was almost fully charged at the time this happened and Iām now unable to use or repair the phone as it is melted battery has burnt, I am unable to use the support website as clicking the submit button does not do anything, I believe the battery has had a thermal runaway event and has ruined my phone
