Since about three days the “My Fairphone” service can’t connect anymore. The startscreen stucks showing (in german) “Problem with connection…Retry”.
So I cannot see the status of my hotline requests.
Just found a solution.

It would be helpfull if you told us which connection you mean.
There are, or can be, several connections…
