My Fairphone 4 keeps rebooting in a loop

Hello,

After being completely discharged (<1%), my Fairphone 4 started rebooting in a loop once it was charged.
I tested it with a battery from another Fairphone, same problem.
I removed the SIM and SD cards, same problem.
I screwed all the cards back in, same problem.

When I select the “Recovery mode” option, it continues to reboot in a loop.

The same happens with “START” and “Restart bootloader”.
Only “Power Off” works :frowning:

Obviously, I’m really stuck
A little help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Nicolas

Get in touch with support.

Try to use the chat if possible to reach a human for faster response times. At least that is the common theme on how to get faster in touch with spot.

Hello,

I don’t found the chat (url ?)

Thanks

Nicolas

At the support page of Fairphone you can find the icon of the chat on the right of the page.
Hurry, as the chat is on working days available between 10 and 12 CET.

It’s an AI.

It doesn’t undertand my question :frowning:

Hello it seems you might have missed the window for the live chat with the support - 10-12?
Tomorrow you may try just asking to talk to a human.

Also please submit the ticket using the self-repair portal, if all goes well, it might even generate a return label for you on a spot. I did and have someone responded within a working day I believe.
