Mom's phone lost all the numbers i contacts

Hi!

My mum made an upgrade on her FP2 this week, and after the update it seems all the numbers in the contacts list disappeared. Most of the emails and names are still there, but some contacts were completely lost.
We are all nubes when it comes to fixing softeware issues. We tried to make the update again, but it failed.
I saw that others had an issue that all the contacts disappeared, so I don’t know if this is supposed to be discussed in a new post. Anyways, here we are…

Do you guys think there is anything to do with this? We would appreciate help :smiley:

I had a few contacts accidentally stored and synced with Google. Those were most reliably restored after reconnecting with Google (Play) while other contacts may get lost easily e.g. when you connect to a new contact sync provider (e.g. with OwnCloud / NextCloud) or for locally stored contacts when you erase your device. Both issues shouldn’t actually happen when upgrading from regular (Google) FPOS.
