Mobile data issue following A15 update

Since installing Android 15, my internet speed has been significantly reduced (or: I barely have any internet speed/data throughput). I have already tried restarting the device, resetting the APN, and switching to 4G.

​Has this happened to anyone else? I don’t know what to do.

​I am in France, my carrier is Free, and I have a 5G plan.

Hello, just brainstorming here, is it comparably slow on WiFi or only with mobile data? How old is your SIM card?
Could you try with another card or try the same card in a different phone?

Yes, it’s only the mobile data that isn’t working.

The SIM card is one month old.

I tried the SIM card in another phone, and it works.

Internet seems back. It last 6 days without internet.

I don’t know if it because of something I’ve done. Lasted move was plane mode + wifi.

If the problem returns, you can try resetting network settings. Sometimes it helps. This will, however, delete all your remembered wifi connections and paird bluetooth devices, too.

Since Android 15? you can choose what to reset, settings for mobile data or BT and Wifi as far as I can see in the settings.
