MMS with Swisscom not working

With my FP2 SMS are working but MMS not. The APN’s for MMS are set correctly (hopefully, by the provider done automatically), the SIM card allows MMS when connected in eg. an iphone.
what do do?

On their website their instructions for iPhones and Android phones appear to be different. Try the instructions for a recent android phone to set the APN, or see if you get a settings SMS via the ‘Mobile Setup’ (third option from the left towards the bottom) on this page.

Solved the problem today. Call their hotline. It’s an internal swisscom bug. After you announced your new mobile to them the server sometimes drops your personal mms-settings to inactive. They are working on this bug. Meanwhile you have to contact them personally.
