🇬🇧 🇫🇷 Micro malfunction

I’ve just done the test as proposed to check the microphone for talking on the phone. The secondary microphone works but not the principle. I bought the phone on the 7 march 2018. What do I need to do to get a new microphone?
It’s pretty urgent. Thank you.
