Micro doesn't work after a WhatsApp call

Hello everyone,
I have a fairphone 3 with ANDROID 11.
Something weird happens after I have a call using WhatsApp : the microphone doesn’t work after on all the apps, and I have to restart every time my phone. The microphone works after restart well.
Do you know if something can be done? It’s annoying to be forced to restart the phone after every call on WhatsApp, especially that I use a lot the Voice calls on that app.

You don’t say what phone or OS you are using.

There is a Google interference, you can search here, about disabling google access to the mic

Start off by reading and searching more.

Microphone works with VOIP or whatsapp but not with regular phone calls

I noticed that only once, when calling a regualar phone number, the person obviously couldn’t hear me. There was also no sound when moving the “Call volume” (?) slider. But that worked again after a reboot.
