I own a pair of Fairbuds since last Christmas and since then I’m experiencing problems with the calls and audio message when in public, especially with the ANR on.
The person I speak with report to ear me very badly almost incomprehensible due to a metallic voice and a really broken communication; the things get better with the noise reduction off but is not 100% good.
I’ve tried already to reset everithing multiple times and also tried with other iphone but the issue remains.
Does anyone have some clue on what to do?

I’ve had mine since August of 2024 and same issues as you. Unfortunately I have not found a way to fix it. Tried everything suggested in these forums but nothing worked. I suspect that it’s either a firmware or hardware issue. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it’s firmware but starting to lose hope considering we’re coming up on a year of ownership.
