Manual update FP2 not working >no android on computer?

Hi,

I finally decided to update my FP2, without result.
I find helpfull ressources on the Forum but where it says:
Step 2 Your system drivers need to be up to date.
To make sure of this, in your Windows 10

  1. Click the Start menu, type Device Manager, then type the Enter key on your keyboard. A new window will open.
  2. Scroll down the list and select Other Devices. If you see an item named simply Android, preceded by an escalation dot, please keep following the step.

Yes I do have Windows 10, no I don’t see Android in the list. When looking for optional updates: no
updates for Drivers starting with Google, Inc…

What to do now?
Ofcourse this is the main reason my phone cannot connect to my computer to perform the manual update

When you tried to update the driver, was your FP2 in fastboot mode and connected to the PC? Are you sure the cable is a data cable?

So you did open Windows updates, you actively searched for updates before you checked for optional and driver updates?
