Lower area of touch-screen not registering press

Before and after the upgrade, the lower area of the touch screen often doesn’t register any press.
When talking with the wechat app for example, the ‘press to talk’ button at the bottom of the screen needs to be constantly ‘slided’ over, in order to properly use it.
v 1.8 doesn’t solve this…

I’m afraid that this suggests that the unresponsive screen is hardware rather than software related.

@Manuel_V - if you haven’t already I would suggest getting in contact with support directly as this sounds like your phone may be faulty.
