My Fairphone 3+ died, it’s probably a case of sudden death, and non-repairable it seems. A Fairphone Angel already helped me out to try a different battery etc.
The thing is: I was not aware that some of my data, such as audio recordings, was not backed up in a while (rookie mistake, I know). Either it’s because the second-hand phone I bought had an older driver system (though it is an FP4) and didn’t restore it properly from my drive back-up, or it was data I had to manually back up, and I forgot for a while.
I would like to recover the data if possible, since it is of creative value to me. I tried a couple of random phone restore shops, but they are not familiar with Fairphone.
Does anyone have an idea of where, at which type of company or perhaps which specific one (in Belgium or not far from it), they can try to restore the data? I might have a shot and I am willing to pay, but I want to make sure to find a legit company that can do more than those random stores.
I asked Fairphone whether Cordon electronics does that, they ignored my question unfortunately
