Login-code not valid

All of a sudden my phone-login-code (Gerätelogin) doesn’t work. I can’t get into the phone. I know this sounds crazy but I’m quite sure I didn’t forgot the code. Hmmm… Anybody has a similar issue?

Do I really need to reset the phone? (…losing many settings)

Is there a way to recover data through my murena workspace cloud?

I have a fairphone 5, just recently updated it to the the e/os-update from december 2025.

And just to exclude this: you didnt mix somehow phone and SIM Pin?
