I’ve just received my new FP6. When I start the device, I get through the FP logo, and then to either the startup wizard, the SIM pin (if a SIM is installed) or just a “Just a sec…” message. There’s a blue battery symbel on the top right of the screen. Within less than a second, phone goes to “shutting down” and turns off. Plugging in a charger (I tried three different ones with three different cables) does not do anything; screen does not light up, phone does not vibrate, battery does not charge.
What is the problem here and what can I do? Phone is bought from a reputable dealer and did seem undisturbed (as in, not having been returned by a prior customer).
