My fingerprint sensor hardware (FP5) disappeared during daytime with no special action from my side. My mail to Fairphone support got a quick reply - “we have so much work, but will contact you soon”. This was 3 months ago!!! Despite several friendly reminders from my side - nothing from Fairphone.
Even if the concept is great - this is why I bought the phone - but with no support this is useless! I never had a phone before that had problems so soon (1 y old) - and the Fairphone support is the worst I ever had!
It is really a pity that they do not care for there great phones!
