Hi @Malte5 may I assume you are hit by the broken fingerprint issue? Did you already open a ticket using the path as suggested in the dedicated topic? If so when have you done this? When your phone isnt booting you have to send it in, what means it will be factory reset and you have to set up all accounts form scratch anyhow.
