I have recently received a brand-new Fairphone 2 which I am thrilled with. However I am having trouble restoring data that I had copied off my Fairphone 1. I can connect to the mobile telephone using a USB cable and I can see it appear as a connected device. However I cannot see any folders/directories. I have connected using Windows 10 and also Ubuntu 18.04, and the result is the same in each case.
I would appreciate some help with this, please.
It’s a security feature to prevent charging stations like at airports to get access to your data.
