I'm not able to send a request

Hello,

I’ve a problem with my cover (my cover is deformed). I just want to ask to change it.
However I’m not able to create a new request. I filling the form and check if all required fields are filling.
When I click on “Submit” the server return the same page without any error/success message.

I’ve no idea what is wrong with this form. I don’t receive email to confirm my request.

Do you have an idea why it doesn’t work ?

Could you try selecting a different option at the “Why do you need help?” question? I have seen some people reporting that the form did submit when choosing a different reason.

Hi @AlbertJP, you right. I just change the value for the field “Why do you need help?” and now it’s working.
