I’m having an issue with my FP5. When I receive a phone call or whatsapp call, the phone requires me to unlock my screen before I can answer it (face recognition, fingerprint or pin). I want it to unlock automatically whenever a call comes in. I have search the complete internet, and I think all my settings are correct. Does anyone have a fix?

Which settings do you mean exactly and what software are you running on your phone?

That’s a known issue with face recognition. The only solution I could find was disabling it.
