I’m having an issue with my FP5. When I receive a phone call or whatsapp call, the phone requires me to unlock my screen before I can answer it (face recognition, fingerprint or pin). I want it to unlock automatically whenever a call comes in. I have search the complete internet, and I think all my settings are correct. Does anyone have a fix?

Which settings do you mean exactly and what software are you running on your phone?
That’s a known issue with face recognition. The only solution I could find was disabling it.

So I hope this issue will be solved soon. On irregular basis I have the same problem…
I don’t know if my issue is the same. I can answer calls without unlocking the phone, if I’m quick, but if it takes a few seconds longer than normal, I have to press answer and then I’m asked for my pin. When the pin is entered, the phone call is on.
Hi Bjorn, that must be the same issue. I ‘solved’ it by turning off face unlock
I will try it. I guess this issue is more painful than the positive that face unlock provides.
