I’m writing here since customer support never responds. I ordered a battery and a speaker for the FP4
On the order form, I didn’t pay attention to the IPAAZ tracking number—it should really be called “tracking” instead, since “ipaaz” doesn’t mean much.
As a result, the package was returned to you. You sent me an email asking what I thought of the battery and the speaker, even though I never received them.
You also haven’t responded to my support tickets: 1402515 and 1406716

Could you please reply, refund me, or resend the package?
It’s a shame to have to write everywhere just to try to find a solution to a problem; I don’t think I’ll recommend Fairphone if customer support is nonexistent.

On contacting support, I would suggest the live chat. More tickets would not accelerate receiving help. Also have a look on the forum guide on how to contact the support.
If you need the parts fast, I would consider repeating the order while waiting for the refund. While I sometimes had to wait for the CS to get back to me, shipping times are very good and reliable.
