I can´tt send files attched in whatsApp or e-mail

I don´t know why but I can´t send a photo or anther file in the whatsapp or other apps.

That’s because of a bug in the Privacy Impact feature. Currently it shouldn’t be disabled.
Re-enable Privacy Impact by unticking the option found at:
Settings > Sound & Notifications > Privacy Impact
