Hi everyone,
can anyone tell me how I can find out the number of Keep Club points I currently have? It’s nice to be registered in the Keep Club and to know that I could theoretically use those points to get some discounts but without knowing how many points I actually have it’s hard to put this into practice. Now, after wondering about this for 3 years, I finally found the courage to ask here.

With the discussion you linked I found the place where I could find my referral link (even though it always tells me that there’s an error). But I’m still clueless on where I can find the number of points I’ve earned so far.
So far I checked these 2 pages:

Is there another one?
The same page where you see your referral link, if you scroll up, the number should appear, is it not there?

I had the same question, and I noticed that some of the links are redirecting to the incorrect pages (stuck in a loop were you remain on the same page).
This direct link should show you your points (after you have logged in to your FP account).
I think I was logged in before but I also tried to follow the steps you mentioned.
So on my account page I also see the Fairphone 3 which I own.
But when I click the underlined words I still see the Keep Club page without any mention of my current point level.

Please confirm that even when you are logged in, when you click the Keep Club link (in white, underscored), it takes you back to this unlogged in page?
Yes, exactly. Do you have any idea what I could do? Or do I need to contact the Fairphone support?
I had some issues in the past with the Keep Club but they were different - I could always see my points but they were not what I expected.
Your situation is different so I can only brainstorm. Are you constantly being logged off by the system?
I would check with different browsers, perhaps after deleting the cookies.
If that does not work, I would submit the ticket.
Ah, thanks for the hint. Checking it with Firefox solved the issue.
I tried 3 different browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) and I still get the sites I can see here in the screnshots.
There is something wrong with we website(s) I guess.
