I have made a video to document my FP2s issue. The file size is 159 MB and I can’t attache it to the message I am sending to the support, probably because it is to big? What can I do?

A quite important remark! I have send the link to my video last Wendsday to the FP support and talked about it with a Fairphone employee. No reaction to the link within 48 hours!
