How to logout of the forum?

The other forums I use have a logout button at the top of the page, or one somewhere in the account-holder’s menu … but there seems to be no such option here.

I’m using a laptop & Firefox v115.12.0esr with no ad- or script-blockers.

I did find a pane listing keyboard shortcuts … but the logout one (Shift-Z ??) does nothing when I issue it … and in any case it (& many other shortcuts) seem odd to me because they’re key combinations you’d use all the time. It’s almost as if there might be somewhere you need the mouse focussed before a shortcut is recognised?

That same pane (which ironically DOES appear if I type a “?”) lists lots of shortcuts starting with “m” … is that actually letter m, or does it mean some sort ot meta key?

Why is there no obvious help button for how the forum software works?

To log out, click on your profile “pic” and then

Thank-you very much!

There are no real help pages here, but short interactive tutorials, which are really helpful and which I can strongly recommend (went through them myself). They are available by interacting with the Discourse bot …
