I wouldn’t know of such an internal app.
But you could use another app of course.
You should find some on fdroid.org (e.g. Etar).

I forked the LineageOS calendar app and built it. It’s the same as Etar (see post above) but without the Etar branding and a better looking icon. You can find an .apk here:
