As far I know even no sim-card is inserted the Mobil chip got wireless Connection and is powered.
Could I somehow poweroff the whole Mobile GSM/UMTS/LTE Part?
I have Tasker and Terminal installed so I could work on cli.
Just enable airplane mode. You can then re-enable Bluetooth / WiFi if needed.
