I contact you because my FP1 is deceased, nothing more overnight 
I think maybe it’s a software problem but despite my attempts to reset and hard reset nothing is done! (When I’m in hard reset mode, I can press the volume button down the selection does not move …)
Does anyone have an idea to revive my little fairphone?
