Since I got my new Fairphone 5, I have a problem that I hang up on people in the middle of a call. It happens with our without using bluetooth and headphones, and even if I don’t hold the phone against my face. The people I talk to say it only happens when they talk to me. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue? I never had this problem with my Fairphone 3.
It might be useful to indicate your OS Build number
Settings > About phone > Build number
and also which phone app (stock Phone app or some other?)
Any other information that might be relevant?
- are you using Wi-Fi calling?
- VoLTE or 4G calling?
Have you noticed any other malfunctions?
