@evidemment since it’s the same problem again/still I moved the posts here.
If nobody else has any solutions I’d suggest a you install Titanium Backup and make a full backup, and then do a hard reset.
If that doesn’t solve your problems you should definitly contact Support.
I have FP1 and the unified storage… I see only 16 GB is this correct?
16GB ?! I only have 13,37 GB!
Yes, if you have just the one 16 or 13.37 GB internal storage (and no “phone storage” at all), then it’s a unified storage. Thanks for your reply, in this case I haven’t got an additional idea, sorry.

Pity I had to go through that again but everything seems to be working fine… Available storage 11,37 Go!!! with all my applications and data re-installed. There really was a problem…!!!
I’m really glad its working now. But this time I won’t be so fast to close the topic, just in case.
PS: I removed your post from the other topic because I don’t think that the two problems were related. Most others who posted in that thread “just” can’t reinstall google apps and probably won’t need a factory reset.
