Hi,
yesterday afternoon, my FairPhone 4 suddenly suddenly stopped accepting the unlock pattern.
I tried to use Google to lock it remotely, but it seems to not connect to the Google anymore.
The UI shows that WLAN is connected and internet using SIM card is also online.
What could be the cause for this and how could it be fixed? (without a factory reset please)
