Hello fairphoners are a few weeks ago I have the problem or more. At first it was always so that I always switched off the microphone in a conversation, I had then always when the called me no longer heard the microphone deactiveriern and reactivate again to continue the conversation. That was really annoying. Now it is however so that I hear in the conversation: “I hear you not” and then the call is canceled. I had here times what read what you should limit the 4G to 3G. But this makes no difference for me. I ask for help. I have tried to search in the forum but my English is not enough. Sorry Please move. Thank you!
hallo fairphoners seid ein paar woch habe ich das problem oder mehrrere jenachdem. anfangs war es immer so das ich bei einem Gespäch immer das microphone abgeschaltet hat, ich musste dann immer wenn der angerufene mich nicht mehr hörte das microphone deaktiveriern und wieder aktivieren um das gespräch weiter zuführen. das war schon echt nervig. jetzt ist es aber so das ich im gespräch höre: “ich hör dich nicht” und dann wird der Anruf abgebrochen. ich hatte hier mal was gelesen das man das 4G auf 3G begrenzen soll. dies mach aber bei mir keinen unterschied. ich bitte um hilfe. ich habe zwar versucht im forum zu suchen aber meine englisch ist dafür nicht ausreichend. sorry. notfalls bitte verschieben. danke!
aber ich denke es hat nichts damit zutun das das Telefonat abgebrochen wird!?
ubd ich kann es ja mit der Microphone taste deaktivieren und wieder abtivieren und dann funktioniert es ja wieder bzw, hat funktionieret z.Z. bricht das gespräch ab. einfach so.
und Empfang hab ich, es ist auch egal wo ich bin, Hamburg, Bremen oldenburg hannover oder im Haus, Draussen oder im Auto.

I am having the same problem. I don’t touch the microphone mute button or anything. It even happens if I am using my headset with an external microphone.
Something that might lead to the right direction is that it happens if I had used the camera before. I can’t remember to face this issue after a reboot.
Any help would be appreciated.

ich habe das gleiche Problem. Auch wenn ich nicht an die Stumm-Taste komme, passiert das. Manchmal auch, wenn ich meine Freisprechkopfhörer benutze. Ich glaube ich habe einen Zusammenhang zur Nutzung der Kamera beobachtet. Immer, wenn ich mal vorher die Kamera gestartet hatte passiert das. Aber kann mich jetzt nicht erinnern, dass ich das Problem nach einem Neustart gesehen hatte.
Für eure Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.
