Frequent static/snowy screen

For the last couple of weeks my display has started to play up with a static/snowy screen (see image). It sometimes fixes itself quickly but can last for 15 minutes or so.

When I try to use the screen, I can feel the haptic vibrations going so I can tell that it’s still working underneath. Usually turning it off and back on again is a temporary fix but still not ideal.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve seen references to snowy screens in other threads but nothing directly about this issue.

Did you try to dis- and reassemble the screen? Maybe there is a bad connection…

No I didn’t, thanks, will give that a go next time it does it!
