My FP2 started complaining about lack of space (despite a 32G SD card) and I let it do a “Free up space now”. This resulted in most of my recently used apps to be removed! Is this the way this function should work, is it bug, did I do something wrong?
I did the proposed update to 7.1.2. I suppose updating the phone wipes the recently used apps information, decides they have not been used for over a year and just wipes them. Annoying.
Can the update process developers make sure the recently used info is not wiped?
You could use the app “files”.
It is ad free, simple designed and keeps you updated what files or apps need a lot of space.
A very neat tool, even it is from Google.
