Bonjour, voilà 24 heures que mon téléphone ne s’allume plus… j’ai apprécié cette deconnection mais maintenant il serait bon que ça cesse… je souhaite les appeler pour gagner du temps mais je ne trouve pas de numéros d’assistance… quelqu’un en a t il un? <merci

I got the phone number in the email response after filing a support request some time ago which you can do via this page or directly on https://support.fairphone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

About your issue: Are you sure your battery is charged? What happens if you connect your phone to a charger? How fast does your LED get illuminated and which colour does it have: red, yellow or green? If it is

  • green, you can consider your phone fully charged
  • yellow, your phone is charging and battery-wise it should work
  • red, your phone is run out of energy, let it charge first for at least until the led becomes yellow before turning it on
  • red after a moment “thinking”, your battery is deep-discharged, let it be on power for a long while at least until the led becomes yellow before turning it on

I have no light… in the beginning red… and shortly after, no light anymore, and it doesn’t warm up

If there is no LED light after beginning red then it appears some fault in either battery or the USB connector.
