🇫🇷 Ecran qui saute quand la luminosité est plus faible

Bonjour,
Je viens de recevoir mon FP2 et il y a un phénomène très dérangeant à l’utilisation : l’écran se met à sauter lorsque que la luminosité est plus faible. Quand cela se produit il devient impossible d’utiliser le téléphone, cela fait très mal aux yeux…
J’ai testé la désactivation de l’option “adaptation de la luminosité” qui est pourtant bien pratique et le problème ne semble plus apparaitre. Mais j’aimerais bien pouvoir la réactiver sans rencontrer ce problème !
Quelqu’un a-t-il constaté le même problème ?

Thanks for your answer, it would easier for french people if this list of known bugs will available in french. Or at least if you alert on it by e-mail to new fairphoner (even in english) because I had never heard of this list of bugs !

Yes, I understand the information is not easy to find, especially when using languages other than English (also my apologies for not being able to answer in French). The official website is being translated, but I’m not sure whether the bugs page will be translated as it changes often. As this is a community forum we don’t have a lot of influence on official Fairphone communications.

Yes, it is sure that the impact should be limited on the official team. But if you have the opportunity to tell them about it, it would be good I think!
It’s better to announce problems before users discover it by themselves to avoid the disappointment of users and bad advertising :frowning:
