FP6 switches off on its own

I was just listening to music, as my headphones suddenly disconnected. Looking at the phone to see what happens, I found that the phone was switch off. I didn’t even touch it and I had to manually switch it on again. This is the third time that this happened and I don’t like it.

Battery is charged, no pending updates, no notification about switching off or updates or anything. Simply switching off out of the blue.

What’s the problem here?

Hi, from your other posts I see you’re using e/OS, so you might have better luck looking for support in their forum:

But there might still be someone here having the same issue, so:

  • does the phone power on on its own after that?
  • what version of e/OS are you on?
  • which region are you located in (Europe/NA)?
  • does it only happen when you listen to music over Bluetooth or also in other scenarios?

Hi,

  • the phone does not power on on its own after powering off
  • I’m using latest e/OS version 3.7.1
  • located in EU
  • until now this issue only arises when listening via Bluetooth
