FP6: ShutDown while making a phone call

Hi,

have a new FP6 (Build FP6.QREL.15.151.0). While making a phone call FP6 make a shutdown. Have to power up the FP6 with pins. This happens irregularly in approximately 40% of calls.

Have you noticed any circumstances where the problem happens more often, for example when you are in a moving train or car?

It might be useful if you could indicate the country you’re in and your mobile network operator.

Hi,

using the FP6 only in home office. My location is in Germany and my network operator are Vodafone ((D2, 4G/LTE) and/or 1&1 for 5G.

For the purposes of tracking the bug I would try disabling one of the SIMs for a while, and then the other.

Settings > Network and Internet > SIMs > [choose a SIM to disable]

Does the phone just shut down completely or does it reboot?

it is a complete shutdown, no reboot and I have only one SIM card

Is Wi-Fi calling available and if so are you using that service?

Settings > Network and Internet > SIMs > [your operator] > Wi-Fi call

I think you should certainly report your problem to official FP Support
