Hi, I have the FP6 running /e/OS. This is my first experience of using eSims, for the most part it has been good, but I bought a WorldSim eSIM Pro and this will not turn on. I have contacted WorldSim but despite the positive chats they are blaming my phone and doing nothing. I will contact them again, but after 7 months of not having sorted I do not hold out much hope.
My question is has anyone else suffered an issue with any specific eSims? Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I can do to get the esim to turn on?
As a warning I would not recommend WorldSim any more ( I have been suing them for about 5 or more years and used to appreciate their products for use around the the world).
