My FP6 has not auto updated any apps and apps will not update manually in App Lounge. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling an app but that did not work either.
I followed the advice on the Fairphone web site which started with comparing the current operating system build number with that listed for the FP6 and updating if/as necessary.
My Build no. is BP1A.250505.005 (Settings>About Phone> Build no) bears absolutely no resemblance to the latest build number listed on the website as FP6.QREL.15.178.0. ???
So I tried manually updating the system following the route recommended on the website: Settings>System>System Update>Check for Updates>Update only to find that my FP6 does not have a System Update option in the System menu !!!
Lastly the page guided me to contact the customer support team - however the link was broken.

You have a different operational system installed - it is e/OS provided by Murena. Please note that any information provided by Fairphone on Fairphone provided software does not apply to you.
App Lounge - to the best of my knowledge - is the Murena equivalent of Google Play Store.
Thanks for clarifying, I was not aware there were different operating systems - that explains it. Have managed to update to the latest Murena e/OS and after a bit of a while Apps are now all updated. Will try e/OS/community forum next time there’s an issue with system! Many thanks
