Hi, thanks for sharing your experience. I might suffer from the same software bug . Can only use my phone to make phone calls and send sms.

Contact Fairphone support? Btw your account claims you own a FP5? Can you verify?
you are right, I have a Fp 5. Will contact the support at 10. I am not happy with the limited hours available for support.
I opened a seperate topic in the FP5 category, FP4 and FP5 dont share the same software
Please explain more detailed, what the problem is with your FP5.
