FP5 camera on a FP4?

I guess we can agree that the camera on the 4 is pretty bad. Is it possible to buy a 5 camera and put that in the 4?
Will that increase the picture quality, or is it all software controlled?

I guess:

  • it won’t fit
  • the connectors are not fitting
  • the cameras need different drivers which are not included in the android images of the other phones

If you get all problems solved, then the picture quality will be increased.

Both, the hardware and the software are important.
