FP4 not reading the SIM card

Hi I’ve recently bought my first fair phone, but I’m having issues with phone reading SIM card, it stops registering so I blow and use brush to clean sim tray, and it will work for a few days, then it will stop working again. Been trying to find a new SIM tray but had no luck, can anyone help. Thanks

How old is your SIM card?
Could you run diagnostics via MyFairphone App?
Have you tried the self-repair portal?
