FP4 — No mobile data after update (Digi, Spain) — APN locked, factory reset didn't help

Mobile data stopped working after updating to FP4.QREL.15.19.1 (July 2026 update). Wi-Fi, calls, and SMS all work fine — just no mobile data.

APN menu shows: “Access Point Name settings are not available for this user”

Tapping the Digi entry under Network & internet shows an unrelated Wi-Fi error message

Did a full factory reset — same issue persists

Currently on FP4.QREL.15.19.2

Anyone else hit this since the “Mobile Network Usability improvements” in the July update? Any workaround?

Hi,
what does “APN locked” mean? Can you not edit it? If there is one available, try clicking it, sometimes it just gets deactived. You can also try to “call” *148# from your phone dialer, that should send a configuration file from DIGI to your phone.

Thank you, calling *148# helped me find the steps to create an APN which then allowed me to recover access to the internet.
