FP4 loudspeaker stereo issue ~ Echo

Hello,

When I am calling a contact, and I transfer the sound from earspeaker to loudspeaker, my contact have a bad stereo : the contact hears the sound i’m listening plus its voice. So it’s boring for the contact when i’m switching to the loudspeaker. I’m wondering if its a part’s problem or a software’s problem.

Does somebody have the same problem or any clue please ?

Hearing an echo of yourself usually happens randomly when you have a bad connection.
If it happens all the time when you switch to loudspeaker, there might be something amiss on your phone, I would suggest to contact support.
