Bad idea, it’s repairable but not intended for daily battery replacement.
I gave my mom an FP4 for Christmas. 
The lid on the back should not be opened every day. Or rather, I wouldn’t. I only opened it once and put SIM + microSD card in together. The locking lugs can break off quickly. I won’t open it again until I need to fix something on it.
By the way: the delivery time for the green speckled one was 12 weeks. She only got her gift in March.

The new USB charger for the cigarette light socket has done the trick.
Now I’m able to fast charge my FP4 via the mobile home batteries.
From my side this thread can be closed because the problems are almost solved.

Probably best to stay open as you started the topic about battery availability. That you have found a satisfactory alternative doesn’t address the issue of the topic.
By the way which charger did you get?
