The earpiece doesn’t work for voice calls, so I have to use the speaker. I have tried the troubleshooting, and the earpiece worked. I have also replaced the earpiece, but have the same issue. Any ideas what might be wrong?

another user who had similar problems solved it by disabling all options under Settings → hearing aids.
