FP3+ - can't answer a call from the locked screen

Short story, I’m temporarily using an old FP3+ while my new FP6 is sent for repairs (yes, already, that is a different story).

When I previously used my old FP3+ I could reply to a call from the locked screen by swiping up, or declinging it. When a call rings, the answer or decline options show but there is no reactivity’when trying to answer, and I cannot swipe up to unlock the phone until after the ringing has ended

I’ve searched in settings but have not found a solution.

this is puzzling and also annoying. Any suggestions?

I sorted it out. I had to go to settings in the phone app, not systems app. Duh! :face_with_peeking_eye:
